You might remember my finger burning chile incident from last week. Well, since I still had Hatch peppers left. I needed to find something to do with them. So Ben bought me a giant 12 lbs pork shoulder at Costco. I cut off a fourth of it and decided to make green chile pork something. Well, it turned into this.
Which the next day turned into this:
Oh, how I love chile verde. Especially when I kind of make it by accident. My subconscious must be telling me something.
